The Feather Assembly

Within this ongoing project, I strive to make visible the beauty of our most commonplace of wildlife neighbours, the members of the crow family (primarily Rooks, Jackdaws and Hooded Crows). Although initially focussed on those members found mainly in counties Roscommon, Leitrim, and Sligo, in Ireland, the project has evolved to include a number of their overseas “cousins”.

This project has been the basis of two solo exhibitions, my successful Fellowship panel at the Royal Photographic Society and an upcoming TLP Editions publication.
